NSUI Raises UPSC Prelims 2026 Paper Leak Concerns, Seeks Investigation
The National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) has raised concerns over the integrity of the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2026, alleging that 82 questions from the exam closely matched content from a private coaching institute’s test series.
NSUI has demanded a thorough investigation, stating that the similarities have sparked concerns among aspirants regarding the fairness and transparency of the examination process.
The organisation has urged the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and concerned authorities to examine the allegations and clarify whether any irregularity or breach occurred.
UPSC has not yet issued an official response. The issue has triggered discussions among candidates and educators, with many calling for a transparent inquiry to uphold confidence in one of India’s most prestigious competitive examinations.
