NTA Grievance Advisory

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an important advisory for candidates seeking resolution of examination-related grievances. The agency said it receives a large number of complaints and queries every day through email and social media, but many submissions lack basic details needed to identify the candidate and address the issue promptly.

To help students get a quicker response, NTA has asked candidates to follow five key steps while submitting their grievances. Students should send their complaint from their registered email ID, mention their application number in the subject line, and clearly specify the name of the examination concerned.

Candidates should also briefly explain their issue and attach relevant screenshots or supporting documents wherever necessary. Finally, the grievance should be sent to the dedicated helpdesk email address for the particular examination, which is available on the respective exam’s information bulletin and official website.

NTA has said that providing complete and accurate information will help its team trace the candidate and direct the complaint to the appropriate desk more efficiently. The agency reiterated its commitment to addressing candidates’ concerns with fairness and diligence and urged students to provide sufficient details when raising complaints.
