IIT Jodhpur has invited applications for a one-year Graduate Apprenticeship programme, offering graduates an opportunity to gain practical, on-the-job experience in the institute’s administrative and technical units. The programme has a total of 27 vacancies and selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹20,000.
Of the 27 positions, 15 vacancies are in the Administration unit and 12 are in the Technical unit. Graduates from any discipline can apply for administrative positions, while technical posts require a degree in Engineering or Technology.
Candidates who completed their qualifying degree in 2022 or later are eligible. However, those who have already completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training elsewhere under the Apprentices Act are not eligible.
Applications must be submitted online through the NATS 2.0 portal, and the last date to apply is October 30, 2026. Candidates will initially be shortlisted based on their graduation marks. If required, IIT Jodhpur may conduct a written test, while final selection will be based on interview performance.
The apprenticeship will run for one year from the date of joining. IIT Jodhpur has clarified that the programme is temporary and does not guarantee regular employment at the institute after completion.
