The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the recruitment results for cases finalised during July 2026. The results cover several posts across different government departments and ministries, with selected candidates being informed individually by post.
The recruitment cases include posts such as Professor (Sugar Technology), Deputy Controller of Explosives, Assistant Director (Safety), Assistant Legal Adviser, Specialist Grade III, Divisional Medical Officer, Scientific Officer, Junior Scientific Officer, Lecturer (Sociology) and several other positions. Other posts covered in the results include Deputy Director, Training Officer, Deputy Legislative Counsel, Assistant Shipping Master and Nautical Surveyor-Cum-Deputy Director General (Technical).
According to the commission, applications from other candidates were also considered as part of the recruitment process. However, candidates who were not called for interviews or recommended for appointment were informed that their applications could not be taken forward for the respective posts.

Candidates who want to check the results can visit the official UPSC website and navigate to the recruitment/results section. They can open the relevant July 2026 recruitment result document and use the search function in the PDF to locate their roll number. Candidates are advised to download and retain a copy of the result for future reference.
The announcement provides the outcome of recruitment cases finalised by UPSC in July and is separate from the commission’s regular competitive examinations such as the Civil Services Examination.
