DTU Launches Executive Programmes in Clean Energy

Delhi Technological University (DTU) has introduced two new executive education programmes for the 2026–27 academic session, aimed at helping working professionals build expertise in the fast-growing fields of renewable energy and corporate sustainability.

The programmes, launched by the Centre for Technology Enhanced Learning (CTEL) under DTU’s Department of Digital Education, include:

  • Advanced Programme in Renewable and Sustainable Energy Management
  • Leadership Programme in CSR, Energy and Corporate Sustainability

According to the university’s academic calendar, the Renewable and Sustainable Energy Management programme commenced with an orientation session on July 12, while the Leadership Programme in CSR, Energy and Corporate Sustainability began with its academic orientation on July 19.

Each programme has a six-month duration and is being offered in collaboration with VCnow, an edtech platform. The courses are specifically designed for working professionals seeking to upgrade their knowledge and leadership skills in sustainability, clean energy, and corporate responsibility.

The executive programmes will follow a hybrid learning model, featuring live online classes every Sunday, a three-day campus immersion at DTU for interactive learning and networking, six academic modules, and a capstone project that allows participants to apply their learning to real-world challenges.

With these new offerings, DTU aims to strengthen industry-focused education and prepare professionals to address emerging challenges in renewable energy, environmental sustainability, and responsible business practices.
