Applications are now open for the Youth Action Summit (YAS) 2027, an international youth conference scheduled to take place in Berlin, Germany, from January 11 to 14, 2027. The summit is organised by the Centre for Diplomatic Advancement (CDA) and will focus on diplomacy, leadership development, policy dialogue and cross-cultural exchange.
The programme is open to young people aged 16 to 24, regardless of nationality or academic background. Applicants are required to have a working knowledge of English, while prior professional or work experience is not mandatory. The summit is aimed at students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, activists and others interested in global leadership and international discussions.
Scholarships and Opportunities
The summit has announced 50 fully funded scholarships, 100 partially funded scholarships and 100 forum access passes. Selected fully funded participants will receive support covering round-trip airfare, shared four-star accommodation, visa assistance and visa-fee reimbursement, along with access to summit sessions and workshops.
The fully funded package also includes meals, networking events, an official certificate and a delegate kit. Participants will have opportunities to interact with young people from different countries during the summit.
Under the partially funded category, accommodation, visa support, meals and summit access are covered, while participants are responsible for arranging their own airfare. Forum access participants receive access to summit sessions and meals but must arrange their own travel and accommodation.
Application Deadline
Interested candidates must submit their applications through the official summit website by October 5, 2026. Applicants may be asked to provide information about their motivation and leadership experience as part of the application process.
