IIT Madras Revises GATE 2027 Biotechnology Syllabus, Updates Two-Paper Combinations
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has released a revised information brochure for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2027, introducing changes to the Biotechnology (BT) syllabus and updating the list of permitted two-paper combinations for candidates.
According to IIT Madras, the examination schedule, eligibility criteria, and admission-related provisions remain unchanged. GATE 2027 will be conducted as previously announced, with 30 test papers, each carrying 100 marks, and the examination will be held in English.
A major update in the revised brochure is the modification of the two-paper combination choices, giving aspirants updated options while selecting their papers.
