The National Testing Agency (NTA) has successfully concluded the Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2026 examination held on July 17 and 18. A total of 1,50,057 candidates appeared for the exam out of 1,87,739 registered, recording an overall attendance of 79.9%.
Among all subjects, Life Sciences witnessed the highest participation, with 67,650 candidates appearing. The provisional answer key is expected to be released within the next 10–15 days, based on previous examination trends.
