The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has invited online applications for the post of Computer Trainee in its Computer and Communication Center (CCC).
A total of 6 vacancies have been announced for candidates holding a three-year Polytechnic Diploma in relevant disciplines, including Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, and Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Selected candidates will undergo one year of on-the-job training and receive a monthly stipend of ₹18,000, along with free hostel accommodation.
Applicants should preferably be 18–25 years of age and must be willing to work in shift duties between 9:00 AM and 12:00 Midnight. Final-year diploma students awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to document verification at the time of joining.
Candidates who have previously completed Computer Trainee training at IIT Guwahati are not eligible to apply.
