The University of Delhi (DU) has granted special permission to Aditi Mahavidyalaya and Bhagini Nivedita College to admit students to undergraduate programmes based on Class 12 board examination marks, without requiring CUET UG scores. The decision has been taken to fill seats that remained vacant even after multiple rounds of CUET UG counselling under the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS).
Following the approval, the two colleges have started accepting applications for undergraduate courses, including BA, BCom, BSc, and other programmes, subject to seat availability. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their Class 12 marks, after which document verification and fee payment will be completed according to the colleges’ admission schedule. The move is a one-time measure aimed at ensuring vacant seats are filled before the academic session begins.
